Camberley Theatre is seeking a Business Support Officer who will be responsible for general administrative and finance support to assist the operations team. This role involves processing settlements for touring shows, raising invoices and daily banking and petty cash reconciliation so a good level of numeracy and understanding of basic finances is essential. General administrative tasks include monitoring and responding to customer enquiries, coordinating or redirecting enquiries where necessary, maintenance of database systems and issuing contracts.
The successful applicant will be excellent with numbers with a good understanding of financial principles. They will have the ability to work quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining accuracy and to deliver their service in a pleasant manner which supports relationship building with our clients. They will be an effective problem solver who can think creatively to address unique situations and have the confidence to deal with members of the public and external companies on a daily basis.
