You will balance workloads, develop team capability, chair manager meetings and drive process improvements across the function, acting as a trusted escalation point and building cross‑functional relationships.

• Lead and develop the wider Business Support team, including acting as People Manager for a number of team members.
• Oversee workload distribution to ensure capacity and service levels are met.
• Build team capability through training and knowledge sharing.
• Chair manager meetings and drive actions arising from them.
• Provide proactive support to business leaders and their teams.
