A humanitarian organisation based in Paisley is seeking a Business Support Manager to lead a small team in delivering high-quality administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, experience in managing teams, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications. Salary: £31,770 to £33,972 per annum
Hours: 35 per week

As Business Support Manager, you'll lead a small team to deliver high-quality administrative support. Working closely with service leaders and the Director, you'll ensure that business support is responsive, efficient and aligned with organisational priorities. From managing workflows and coordinating meetings to overseeing compliance and supporting strategic projects, this role is central to enabling smooth operations. You'll also provide confidential PA support to the Director, helping to maximise their time and effectiveness.
Collaboration is key, and you'll be part of a national network of Business Support Managers, sharing best practice and contributing to continuous improvement. This is a role for someone who is dynamic, inclusive and compassionate, with a strong sense of purpose and a commitment to supporting others.
