A leading consulting firm in London seeks a Secretary to provide essential support to Partners in the Energy and Utilities Go-To-Market team. You will manage complex diaries, travel arrangements, and support consultancy efforts, while working in a hybrid environment. Candidates should have significant experience in administration and excellent MS Office skills. The role offers a supportive culture and opportunities for professional development.
You will play a key role within our central Business Support function, providing first-class secretarial and administrative support to Partners in our Energy and Utilities GTM team. The focus is on enabling our Partners and Consultants to concentrate on client projects by ensuring seamless operations and support. You will be the first point of contact for a diverse range of personnel.
Secretarial support for Partners (approx. 80% of role):
General and system administration; ad hoc support (approx. 20%):
Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment.
