We are hiring on behalf of a growing financial services company who are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Operations Administrator to support their operations, sales, and senior management teams in Ireland, through an exciting new phase of growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth business that offers long-term progression and exposure to financial services administration.

Top 3 Things to Know About this Operations Administrator Job:

  1. 1 day a week in the Belfast Office (parking available)
  2. €32,000 - €36,000 depending on experience
  3. Monday – Friday 9am-5pm

The Role – Operations Administrator

  • Provide administrative support to operations, sales and senior management teams
  • Manage client, broker, and accountant communication in a professional manner
  • Handle email inbox management, ensuring prompt action and follow-up
  • Answer and route telephone calls with accuracy and professionalism
  • Support the team in compliance and data protection best practice
  • Contribute to wider project work and participate in cross-functional activities
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as directed by Line Manager or Directors
  • Take part in training to build strong understanding of all operational processes
