Business Support Coordinator - Full-time | Fixed Term (9-12 months, maternity cover)
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm | Onsite in St Ives, Cambridgeshire

I'm excited to be recruiting on behalf of my client for a Business Support Coordinator to join their team on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, from working with senior managers on SLA reviews, to coordinating business continuity plans, to supporting company-wide projects.

The Role

You'll be a key point of contact across the business, ensuring processes run smoothly, deadlines are met, and important documentation is accurate and accessible. Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you'll collaborate with teams across the company, gaining valuable exposure to multiple functions and making a real impact.

Day-to-day, you could be:

  • Managing relationships with vendors and overseeing contract renewals
  • Organising business continuity tests and coordinating insurance renewals
  • Supporting compliance processes, including SOX reporting
  • Assisting with key projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
About You
  • Proven administrative or business support experience
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to prioritise effectively
  • Strong educational background, particularly in English or equivalent
