Job description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join our Facilities team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Recruitment, Retention & Uniform Manager and the wider Facilities leadership team, ensuring smooth operations through high-quality administrative support.

We are currently recruiting for a permanent Coordinator on a part-time basis, working 30 hours a week. Your working days will be Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 4:00pm, but some flexibility may be required.

You will primarily work at the BRI, with occasional requirements to work at other hospital sites.

Your Main Duties Will Be
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Associate Director of Facilities and senior managers.
  • Organising and minuting meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
  • Preparing paperwork and providing minute-taking support within meetings, ensuring reports are completed in a timely manner.
  • Managing data for compliance and reporting.
  • Coordinating training days, workshops, and rota schedules.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and data protection compliance at all times.
