£30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We're on the lookout for a highly organised, detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join our London-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of a major rail contract. You'll work closely with operational managers, ensuring systems run efficiently, data is accurate, and reports are insightful.

Responsibilities
  • Managing internal systems to extract, track, and report on key data - including audits and performance metrics.
  • Overseeing fleet processes for the division, including vehicle records and hire management.
  • Supporting financial operations: processing forms, tracking P&L, and resolving queries to keep contracts running smoothly.
  • Coordinating Health & Safety audit tracking and documentation.
  • Providing day-to-day business and administrative support to colleagues across the team.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in data processing, reporting, and invoicing.
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
  • Experience in budget tracking and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
