Role Overview

BCT Resourcing is looking for a Business Support Assistant to provide direct assistance to the Managing Director, handling administrative tasks, diary management, email correspondence, and meeting preparations. The role is essential to maintaining efficient office systems, ensuring a smooth workflow, and assisting with organizational upkeep.

This full-time, permanent role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Management
  • Devise and maintainoffice systems, including data management & filing
  • Oversee housekeeping and organization in reception, meeting rooms & boardrooms
  • Liaise directly with the cleaning company for workplace upkeep
  • Manageincoming emails, correspondence, and post—date stamp all mail
  • Draft responses on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Handle business card management and paperwork cleansing
Scheduling & Meeting Coordination
  • Organize and maintaindiaries & appointment scheduling
  • Plan and prepare meetings for the Managing Director
  • Attend meetings, take dictation & minutes, and summarize key points
