I am seeking a hardworking, motivated and experienced Business Support Assistant to join our team.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and in-person enquiries
  • Provide clear, accurate information to service users
  • Support document preparation, data entry, and basic reporting
  • Help manage stationery, post, bookings, and payment processing
  • Keep internal systems updated and organised
  • Support complaint logging and follow-up actions
Qualifications:
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • ICS Bronze Award or willingness to obtain it
