This role is homebased with travel to the London office 2-3 times per month.

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Support Assistant to join our Fundraising team. This role plays a key part in supporting the team’s day-to-day operations and helping us meet our strategic goals.

Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you’ll be at the heart of a busy department - coordinating projects, maintaining accurate CRM data, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting meetings, events, and compliance processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality administrative support to the Fundraising department.
  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM and supporting user training and guidance.
  • Supporting team meetings - preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions.
  • Coordinating team events, presentations, and key stakeholder engagements.
  • Acting as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Assisting with onboarding of new team members and keeping resources (e.g. the Fundraising Hub) up to date.
  • Supporting office coordination tasks including facilities liaison, stock monitoring, and room bookings.
  • Helping ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulatory and organisational standards.
