We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team in Children's Services!

Business Support is key to the success of our Children’s Services because our Business Support teams ensure that operations run smoothly, enabling frontline colleagues to deliver for children and families in the community. The behind-the-scenes work requires dedicated colleagues who take pride in their work and see a purpose in what they do.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Be the first point of contact for all telephone calls into our busy office from members of the public and professionals.
  2. Deal with queries, transfer calls, and signpost as necessary.
  3. Undertake meet and greet duties as required.
  4. Use a customer-based information system.
  5. Undertake financial transactions including placing orders.
The Ideal Candidate

Working in Business Support requires teamwork, good organisational skills, and proficiency with IT systems. The candidate should also have:

  • Good communication skills to interact effectively via phone, in person, and email.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for data management and meeting deadlines.
  • A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • A passion for delivering excellent service.
