A leading healthcare organization in Glasgow is looking for a dedicated individual to support the Senior Business Administrator and Pre School Immunisation Teams. Candidates should possess computer competency, a willingness to undertake further training, and the ability to provide effective, culturally sensitive services for children and families. This role will enable integration with various service users and care providers, ensuring a person-centred approach in the delivery of healthcare services. PVG Scheme Membership required.

The shift pattern for this post is: Monday -Thursday 8.30-4.30, Friday 8.30-4.00
You will support the Senior Business Administrator and 5 NHS GG&C Pre School Immunisation Teams to deliver 05‑year‑old immunisation. You should show competence in the use of a range of computer packages evidenced by experience or formal qualifications e.g. ECDL, and be willing to participate in short courses or more formal training opportunities to improve skill level e.g. through achievement of SVQ in Administration at Level 2 or 3. A robust knowledge of NHS Child Health systems eg Emis, SIRs will be an advantage although full training will be given. You will be able to demonstrate that you have the skills to provide an accessible, appropriate, culturally sensitive, safe, person centred and effective service for children, young people and families in the community. You will work in partnership with service users, care providers and other agencies. This post requires PVG Scheme Membership / Disclosure Scotland Check.
