Buckinghamshire Council is seeking an experienced Business Support Assistant to assist in the Adult Learning team at Beaconsfield, delivering a high standard of customer service. The role is term time only (39 weeks) at 30 hours per week, with pro-rated salary and holiday pay.
Primary duties include front-of-house support, data entry, enrolment guidance, and information processing using Microsoft products and in-house systems. The post may require travel to other centres.
We currently have an opportunity within our Adult Learning team for an experienced business support assistant to support in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction for users of the centre.
The successful post holder will support in ensuring the facility is safe, secure, clean and tidy and set up as necessary and ensuring that customers receive appropriate information and advice in a professional, timely and friendly manner.
This post is integral in ensuring that full and complete information is collected, recorded and processed accurately and on time to meet the needs of the service and its funding bodies.
This opportunity is Term Time Only (39 weeks a year) and is for 30 hours per week Monday - Friday 9.00am – 3.00pm
This post will be primarily based at Beaconsfield Adult Learning Centre but on occasion travel to other centres may be required.
Please note the salary will be pro-rated of hours worked and include holiday pay.
