Job description

We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Business Support Assistant (Part-time hours: 14 hours per week, Mondays & Fridays) in the Grampian Area. This role will be predominantly home-based; however, occasional travel to our Aberdeen offices will be required.

The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Operational Management Team to implement the Organisation's Strategic Plan, assisting the team in achieving their Key Performance Indicators / Targets (KPI / KPA). The role also involves recruitment compliance checks, which are fast-paced and require working to tight deadlines.

We Are Looking For
  • Extensive administration experience
  • Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience with inputting data into databases, running reports, and record keeping
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills
  • Initiative and a proactive approach
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and project timescales
  • A team player who contributes to cross-working across other areas and regions
  • Previous recruitment compliance check experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Ability to work from home and in the office as required
