Job description

INTERNAL VACANCY

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed individual into our Legal Administrative role. This role will be based within our Legal team but is part of the Council’s Business Support Service.

The post holder will be a key member of a team that processes all the administrative tasks to support the Council’s Legal service area. It is a fast paced environment, often with tight deadlines, therefore you will need to demonstrate a willingness to work flexibly.

A good understanding and/or experience of using bespoke systems along with Microsoft Office would be beneficial for this role.

This role is a perfect opportunity for someone who wishes to work in a legislative environment, and will provide a high level of administrative experience for future progression.

Hybrid working arrangements are available for this role. Each role at CYC is different and your working arrangements will be determined based on the requirements of the role and in collaboration with you and your needs as part of the recruitment process. Your contractual location will be the designated council office for your team.
