The Business Support Service provides administrative and financial support across various teams within the council, working flexibly to help meet key objectives and priorities.
As a Business Support Assistant, you will handle and share confidential information in accordance with GDPR and interact with the public via telephone, email, and face-to-face.
This vacancy involves supporting social workers, including providing support at statutory and professional meetings, where you will be responsible for taking and distributing minutes. The discussions can be sensitive and distressing.
We are seeking individuals with proven ability to prioritize competing demands, work accurately and efficiently under pressure, possess excellent IT skills, and work well within a team.
