Join The Hydro-X Training Team as a Business Support Assistant.

Salary: Up to £24,000 per year, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Hemel Hempstead, England

Requirements

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Supporting with day-to-day admin
  • Uploading reports and inputting data accurately into internal systems
  • Communicating with clients and colleagues to keep projects running smoothly
  • Organising and preparing meeting rooms
  • Sorting and allocating deliveries
  • Managing documents, booking appointments, and keeping things organised
  • Dealing with office jobs such as meetings booking and deliveries

What we're looking for:

  • Strong admin and organisational skills
  • A good eye for detail and the ability to multitask
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
