The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is recruiting a Business Support Assistant to join our team in Dumfries & Galloway. The role is primarily home-based with occasional attendance at our Dumfries or Stranraer offices when required, supporting the Operational Management Team to implement the Organisation’s Strategic Plan and hit KPI targets.
You will handle a range of administrative tasks, including note-taking, database updates, report generation, and recruitment compliance checks.
Our fantastic Business Support team have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Business Support Assistant in Dumfries & Galloway.
This role will be predominantly home based. However, working at one of our offices in Dumfries or Stranraer willbe essential as and when required.
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Operational Management Team to implement the Organisation’s Strategic Plan which involves assisting the Team to achieve their Key Performance Indicators / Targets (KPI / KPA). This role also involves recruitment compliance checks which is fast paced and requires working to tight deadlines.
The Richmond Fellowship Scotland provides personalised and outcome-focused support to over 2800 individuals in their own homes across Scotland, making us the country's largest provider of social care. We support individuals with a variety of different needs such as physical and/or learning disabilities, ongoing mental health issues, alcohol or substance abuse and autism. Some of the people we support can present challenging behaviour or require a high level of personal care.
