A public service organization in Birmingham is seeking a Business Support Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing support with IT systems and general office tasks. Key skills include numeracy, literacy, confidentiality, and the ability to prioritize and communicate effectively. Applicants should be flexible concerning working hours and travel across the district. Please note that CVs are not accepted.
The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for visitors to the hub/centre so experience of dealing with members of the public would be advantageous. You may also be required to assist professionals from other organisations so experience of multi agency work would also be an advantage.

This role may require you to travel independently across the District therefore you must be flexible and adaptable, particularly in relation to working hours and location.
