A Local Authority in Wales is seeking a Business Support Apprentice to provide administrative support within the Building Services Department. Responsibilities include answering enquiries, maintaining records, and undertaking clerical tasks. Note: This role is within the Building Services Department and involves providing administrative support in a confidential environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in answering routine telephone and face-to-face enquiries.
  • Assist in the maintenance of computerized records/management information systems and process information in accordance with defined procedures and standards.
  • Assist in providing routine clerical support including photocopying, filing, emailing, completing routine forms and telephony duties.
  • Undertake routine administration in support of the functions of the Building Services Division.
  • Be aware of and comply with corporate policies and procedures including those relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.
