Job description

Job Title:Business Support and People Insights Officer

Location:Frimley Surrey, Preston or Glasgow. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary:Circa £31,000 depending on experience

What you'll be doing:

  • Administer entries in the IM&T Enterprise1 tool, supporting data accuracy and consistency across systems (training provided)
  • Provide diary management support for key stakeholder meetings
  • Oversee the Data Analytics and Survey shared mailboxes, helping to resolve data-related queries and escalate issues where needed
  • Manage and enhance the team's SharePoint/Intranet site, proposing improvements and uploading content to support data and reporting resources
  • Maintain a log of HR technology needs, supporting the initial gathering and documentation of data and reporting requirements
  • Supervise the team's Coupa account, ensuring smooth processing of requests and alignment with reporting needs (training provided)
  • Assist with project management of team assignments, including tracking tasks, managing demand, and contributing to data-focused initiatives

Your skills and experiences:

Essential

  • Skilled administrator with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Interest in data and analytics, with a willingness to learn and develop

Desirable

  • Basic knowledge of data reporting or analytics
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and/or Coupa (training provided)
  • Experience supporting projects or process improvements

The HR Technology & Data Team:

Join our forward-thinking HR Technology & Data Team in this exciting role supporting both data analytics and project coordination. You will play a key part in managing shared mailboxes, maintaining the team's SharePoint site, and providing essential administrative support - all to help our Subject Matter Experts focus on strategic priorities. This role offers excellent opportunities to develop your skills in data analysis and project management as part of our growing Data and Digital function.
