Job description

Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting an International Business, based in Newbury, in their search for a Business Analyst on a 6 month interim contract.

Hybrid working: 1 day p/w in the office

Key Responsibilities include:
  1. Troubleshooting production issues, managing and testing system enhancements, and supporting user adoption and training.
  2. Collaborate with IT, Sales, Finance, and Pricing teams across Europe to ensure that the system remains a robust and user-friendly tool to support business operations.
  3. Agree User Requirements Specifications when required to deliver minor systems enhancements to resolve issues and/or deliver new functionality or user experience improvements.
  4. Support on-boarding new countries, business units and users and track monthly system adoption status and provide end User training and reporting as required.
Key Skills/Experience include:
  1. Analytical Skills: Identify problems and risks, challenge assumptions, analyse data, re-create errors, and draw conclusions to inform decision-making.
  2. Requirements Analysis: Experienced in defining, justifying and prioritising requirements, and developing and executing User Acceptance Testing and delivering User Training.
  3. Process Mapping: Ability to map and analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  4. Technical Proficiency: MS Office, SalesForce.com, Oracle CPQ, Power BI. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
