Our client, a global provider of business and creative support services is looking for a Business Support Analyst to join their onsite team on a permanent basis.

As the Business Support Analyst, you’ll be leading data capture and pipeline structuring, creating insightful reports, and providing analytical support to boost decision-making and operational efficiency.

Your adaptability will be key as you navigate the changing workplace, contributing significantly to the company’s success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading the setup and maintenance of data pipelines, ensuring reliable and automated data management.
  • Creating and delivering detailed Power BI reports and providing project-based analysis to meet business needs.
  • Training and supporting Power BI users, working with stakeholders to define data requirements and KPIs.
  • Using AI and machine learning to improve data processes, extract insights, and drive innovation.

Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing and developing Power BI solutions.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with Power Automate.
  • Strong financial skills, including P&L analysis and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Patience and persistence for staying motivated, even when facing setbacks.
  • Quick learning ability and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Experience thriving in a deadline-driven environment, adept at multitasking and meeting targets efficiently.
