Contract Analyst

Leatherhead

  • £29,289K pa
  • Monday – Friday / 37.5hrs a week

We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Contract Analyst to join our team. This role is based in Leatherhead and reports directly to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in our M&E Division.

Role Overview: As a Contract Analyst, you will play a crucial role in tracking and reporting on quoted work in progress and completed works against target costs. Your analytical skills will be instrumental in identifying trends for continuous improvement and ensuring we deliver the most commercially advantageous approach to our contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review work order management and propose improvements to operational and Account Management teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Central Accounts teams to create and challenge quoted works and weekly WIP reporting.
  • Monitor commercial costs and produce detailed analysis of specific areas of spend, developing action plans to meet account targets.
  • Produce all required reports and quotes on time, maintaining an accurate audit trail of paperwork.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within your business unit and deliver personal and business objectives.

Health and Safety Responsibilities: You will also play a key role in ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety policies and reporting any hazards or incidents.
