A leading engineering staffing provider in Coventry is seeking a part-time Business Support Administrator to assist with day-to-day operations in their sales and marketing office. The ideal candidate will have strong MS Office skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail. Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced business administrator to support the Coventry sales and marketing office with:

  1. Day-to-day operational activities
  2. Assist in coordinating customer events, trade shows, and venue bookings
  3. Coordinate the collection of promotional materials
  4. Assist the communication team with purchase order processing and payment tracking
  5. Handle gifts, travel, and hospitality approval processes
  6. Oversee external and internal meeting arrangements
  7. Manage incoming customer calls
  8. Order stationery and supplies
  9. Provide onboarding and setup assistance for new employees
  10. Manage and maintain CRM directory
Skills:
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Desirable but not essential:
  • SAP experience
  • Salesforce experience
