Job summary

Worle Community School Academy is seeking a part-time Business Support Administrator to provide essential operational support. You will work with the Operations Manager to handle admin tasks, greet visitors, answer calls, and maintain accurate records for staff and students.

This role offers 18.5 hours per week (three days), term-time plus 2 INSET days, with a supportive environment and safeguarding commitment. An opportunity to contribute to efficient school operations and community engagement.

  • Help organise travel, bookings, and paperwork for school outings and visits.
  • Assist with monitoring students during break times when needed.
  • Follow school procedures and policies to ensure the school site remains safe and secure.
