Job Description:

Blakemore Recruitment is proudly assisting a well-established, leading Financial Services organization in seeking their next Business Support Administrator to join their expanding team in Farnborough.

The purpose of this role is to liaise with Advisers and Clients to arrange and book annual review meetings, produce valuations, and carry out a range of servicing tasks.

The role includes:

  • Supporting the company's Propositions as part of the Business Support Team.
  • Managing appointment bookings for Premium Support Consultants and additional requests promptly.
  • Updating the back-office system to ensure accurate client data and information.
  • Maintaining compliant files with all documents stored on the company's Document Management/workflow and diary system for instant staff access.
  • Producing client valuations for annual reviews and billing for additional services outside the paid scope.
  • Processing servicing tasks efficiently to meet client needs and targets.
  • Building relationships with clients, consultants, and third parties via phone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Participating in project work to meet company goals.
  • Supporting colleagues to balance workloads and achieve team objectives.

Requirements include experience in administration and customer service.
