Job description

The Opportunity:

This role involves managing administration modernisation projects at the Attleborough office, along with providing administrative support to legal teams and reception staff to ensure smooth operations.

About the Team:

The Attleborough hub offers services in Private Client (Wills, Trusts, Probate), Family, Residential Conveyancing, Commercial Property, and Agricultural law.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creating a digital database of Deeds in the Strongroom.
  • Updating the database of Wills.
  • Auditing the Strongroom and maintaining an electronic log of documents.
  • Photocopying and scanning documents.
  • Occasional reception duties, including managing calls, correspondence, and greeting clients.
  • General office tasks such as maintaining supplies, petty cash, and supporting legal teams with copy typing and dictation.
  • Assisting with client onboarding and maintaining files.

The Candidate:

Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks. They should be team players, trustworthy, and client-focused. Experience with copy typing and handling dictated documents is preferred.
