Business Support Administrator - Winchester - £25-30k (DOE)

Are you a highly organised and proactive professional looking for your next exciting opportunity? We're partnering with a well-established Wealth Management firm in the heart of Winchester to find a Business Support Administrator to join their welcoming and supportive team.

This is a pivotal role within the team. This could be your first office role, with the right attitude and willingness to learn, or it you could have more experience to bring too. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect fit for you!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Organising schedules and appointments for IFAs
  • Client Case Preparation - Ensuring files are ready for Advisor presentations
  • Database & Records Management - Keeping everything up-to-date and accurate
  • Client Communications - Updating clients on progress and policy valuations
  • Reception & Front Desk Duties - Welcoming and hosting clients with professionalism
  • Call & Mail Handling - Managing incoming/outgoing calls and correspondence
  • Office & Facility Administration - Keeping things running smoothly, from supplies to supplier coordination and communication

What We're Looking For

  • Ideally a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy. Advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
  • A calm problem-solver who can adapt and find solutions
  • Professional communication skills and a client-focused mindset
  • A willingness to learn and develop

The Details

  • Full-time, office-based role (Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm)
  • Central Winchester location (please note there is no parking)
