What's involved with this role:

JOB TITLE: Business Support Administrator

Pay rate: £12.50 per hour PAYE
Working Arrangement: On site

The role:

We are seeking a Business Support Administrator to provide general admin and finance support to a waste management team. Part of the role includes the operation of the weighbridge for incoming and outgoing waste for export, plus the inputting of tickets, photographs and weighbridge ticket update.



Key Responsibilities:

Operation of weighbridge for incoming and outgoing waste for export, inputting of tickets, photographs, weighbridge ticket update
Data check, interrogation and input/update into spreadsheets
Data update from spreadsheet information into bespoke software
Processing information/documentation requests
Dealing with visitors and organising meetings and rooms, refreshments etc
Stationery ordering
Waste collection round checking, progress of rounds, reporting to management team where issues identified
Reallocation of work between waste collection rounds



What the client is looking for:

Previous admin and finance experience
Previous data entry experience
Excellent Excel skills, with experience of interrogating/investigating data and reporting outcomes
Good customer service skills to deal with visitors
Not afraid of a challenge and solution focussed
IT competent/confident
Meticulous attention to detail
