Responsibilities:

  • Support a team of Directors, Architects, legal team, and wider office with a varied administrative workload.
  • Type, draft, and produce documents efficiently, and prepare reports.
  • Take dictation at meetings, use a case management system, and format and edit documents.
  • Organize electronic job folders.
  • Answer phones, take messages, and act as the first point of contact into the business.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least three years of administrative support experience.
  • Knowledge of working within the sub-contract, project management, legal, or construction sector is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong MS Office skills and a natural-born organizer.
