The Business Support Administrator will support the depot office by undertaking general office duties and additional tasks to support the division's operation. The role involves overseeing and ensuring the delivery of contracts related to electrical systems maintenance and repair. This position requires a high level of responsibility, commercial awareness, and operational understanding to promote the company's success.

About the role:
  1. Collate and prepare all office, works, and job paperwork, including accurate electronic and physical filing.
  2. Answer calls professionally and direct them appropriately.
  3. Provide full office cover during staff absences.
  4. Support operational staff with tasks such as arranging accommodation and logistical support.
  5. Perform other duties as qualified and capable.
