We’re looking for a proactive Business Support Administrator to join our team at our dynamic chemical manufacturing site in Bradford. You’ll play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly — supporting compliance, coordination, communication, and safety across departments.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality admin and operational support to the Bradford site, including the leadership team
  • Assist with financial processes: raise purchase orders, process invoices, and track budgets
  • Maintain accurate health, safety, and environmental compliance records
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and project documents
  • Organise meetings, training, and site visits, ensuring safety protocols are met
  • Contribute to improving admin systems and streamlining processes

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven admin experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Team player with great communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
  • 5 GCSEs (Grade 4–9) including Maths, English, and Science
  • Business Administration qualification preferred

You’ll also need a good attendance record and a strong commitment to health & safety
