Job role: Marketing Administrator
Salary: £12.21ph
Position: Temporary until March
Location: Nottingham
Hours: Part-time 30 hours per week

Harpers are excited to be partnering with a Charitable Trust in their search for an experienced Administrator to join their team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations through key administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create regular e-newsletters using Mailchimp
  • Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and Youtube)
  • Updating company website using wordpress
  • Act as the first point of contact for external partners and customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and company website.
  • Keep records and systems up to date.
  • Provide responsive support to internal and external partners.
  • Assist in organising company events, conferences, training sessions, and meetings.
  • Manage external agencies and suppliers.
  • Represent the company at events and meetings, providing support to the team.
  • Take minutes and prepare reports for planning.
  • Help support the finance team by monitoring spending, processing invoices, and ensuring proper procedures are followed.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in a similar administrative role is essential
  • Prior experience using Mailchimp is desirable
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel
  • Professional telephone manner

The successful candidate must be willing to travel around the country to attend events occasionally. Our client is looking for someone to start in October 2025.
