What you will do

1. Promote transformative leadership training within defined markets.
2. Provide coaching and mentorship on business development and growth strategies.
3. Set, monitor, and update goals for personal and business success.
4. Offer guidance on self-mastery, including leadership skills, decision-making, and self-confidence.
5. Help to identify and overcome business-related challenges or obstacles.
6. Conduct regular reviews and make necessary adjustments to coaching plans.
7. Provide resources and tools to aid in business improvement and personal growth.

What we ask for

1. At least 15 hours per week
2. Minimum 5 years leadership, business ownership or coaching experience
3. Strong understanding of business operations and strategic planning.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to motivate and inspire others.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
