Job description

Role: Business Studies Lecturer
Location: Merseyside
Rate: 30 - 35 per hour
Type: Part Time temporary

Eden Brown are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Studies Lecturer to join a dynamic Further Education College in Merseyside.

This is a part time temporary role to start immediately and will be to teach on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday until the end of the academic year. Its from 8.45 to 5.00 pm.

About the Role:
You will deliver engaging and high-quality teaching to learners studying Business Studies from Level 2 to Level 3. You'll be expected to plan, deliver, and assess across a range of modules, supporting learners to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Business Studies curriculum across Levels 2 and 3
Prepare and assess assignments in line with awarding body requirements
Support learners through tutorials, progress reviews, and feedback
Contribute to the departments quality improvement processes
Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

What We're Looking For:
A relevant degree or vocational qualification in Business or a related field
Recognised teaching qualification
Experience teaching in FE or similar setting is desirable
Strong communication and organisational skills

A current DBS will also be needed for this role.
