The Head of Faculty is happy to play to the successful candidates strengths, so is very much focused on finding the right personality fit for the team.

If you're an experienced Business Studies & Economics Teacher, you will be invited to teach as much KS5 as you wish, as well as options to take on BTEC and GCSE year groups. There are TLR's available, for example Head of Economics, Lead BTEC Business Studies Teacher or Deputy HOY.

If you're an ECT, KS5 is still an option for you depending on your strengths and confidence. You will be partnered with a subject ECT Mentor, as well as the school's ECT Mentor and ECT support group.
