The Opportunity

The Strategy Director for our Transport & Mobility pillar will play a critical role in shaping and driving the strategic direction of the business, especially focusing on executing the 5-year plan. This visionary leader should have a deep understanding of the transport and mobility sector, capable of defining and executing strategies that improve business performance and customer experience. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with key stakeholders, and manage multiple projects to optimize operational efficiency and growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals; analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to inform initiatives.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor strategy teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence; align strategies with senior leadership across units.
  • Innovation: Manage initiatives around data, AI, and ML to benefit Worldline and its customers; develop disruptive commercial models aligned with customer value.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and regulators; communicate strategic vision effectively.
  • Performance Management: Establish KPIs, monitor progress, and use data-driven insights for decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with overall strategy; manage resources and budgets.
