Job Title:Business Strategy & Architecture Associate

Location:Frimley Surrey or Preston Lancashire. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary:£32,000 + depending on experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinate early-stage project initiation by working with architects, strategy leads and key digital teams to develop initial business cases
• Support the creation of strategic documents, including roadmaps and strategy papers, to guide long-term digital direction
• Manage the smooth running of digital governance boards and working groups, including meeting coordination, documentation and action tracking
• Contribute to integrated business planning (IBP) by supporting the prioritisation of initiatives aligned with cross-sector business strategy
• Maintain the Enterprise Architecture intranet site and related materials to ensure up-to-date reference information is available
• Assist with the preparation and refinement of business cases to support the approval and funding of new digital initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and represent user and customer needs when shaping digital initiatives
• Work independently within a clear accountability framework, using sound judgement to resolve issues and escalating where necessary

Your skills and experiences:

Essential

• Experience supporting projects, programmes, or business change initiatives.
• Understanding of how large enterprises operate
• Stakeholder communication and engagement
• Document and record management, proficient in using office productivity applications, including Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint

Desirable

• Experience supporting governance processes is highly advantageous
• Exposure to digital, IT, or technology-led projects
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture or strategy development
• The role would potentially suit someone from a Project Support or Business Analyst background
