A world-leading academic publisher in Cambridge seeks a Business Strategist to support corporate strategy development and business planning. The successful candidate will conduct strategic analysis, produce reports, and interact with senior leadership. This role requires expertise in financial modelling and communication skills. Business Strategist
Salary: £43,800 - £58,500 per annum
Location: Cambridge, UK (with hybrid working)
Contract: Permanent, Full time, 35 hours per week
We're looking for a Business Strategist with confident financial modelling and analytical skills to join the Strategy team to ensure that our corporate strategy development and business planning is well-evidenced, well organised and well supported.

About the role
The Business Strategist needs to get to know our organisation, our markets and competitive environment, our operating contexts, our people and our data. Then combine that deep understanding with logic and creativity to propose and undertake analyses with the Strategy Team and senior executives on our organisation's most important challenges.
Alongside insight andchallenge, this role will include analysis, report writing, presenting, project planning and co-ordination. The Business Strategist will need to be skilled in proactive problem solving, independent working and will include opportunities to lead on other strategic projects across the business.
