Job Title: Business Solutions & Data Analyst – Wealth Management (Step-Up Opportunity)

Location: London (Hybrid – approx. 3 days in office)

QH4 Consulting is hiring on behalf of a leading private wealth manager, looking for a high-potential Business Solutions & Data Analyst to join their growing Business and Data Solutions team.

This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in wealth management systems and data, ready to take on a more strategic role. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Business and Data Solutions to enhance technology, data, and processes supporting front-office, operations, and client service teams.

• Partnering with technology vendors to optimize business systems

Ideal candidate profile:

• 7+ years’ experience in data/business solutions within wealth management or private client services
• Hands-on experience with tools like XPLAN, Pulse/Symphony, BitaRisk, PowerBI, First Rate, PowerApps
• Proactive with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Potential for future leadership growth – team management experience not required
• Experience with AI applications in financial services
• Mentoring or team leadership experience is a plus but not essential
