Job Title: Business Solutions & Data Analyst – Wealth Management (Step-Up Opportunity)

Location: London (Hybrid – approx. 3 days in office)

QH4 Consulting is hiring on behalf of a leading private wealth manager, looking for a high-potential Business Solutions & Data Analyst to join their growing Business and Data Solutions function.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with wealth management experience and strong systems and data skills who is ready to take on a more strategic position. You will work closely with the Head of Business and Data Solutions to shape how technology, data, and process improvements support front-office, dealing, operations, and client service teams.

The role includes:

• Supporting delivery of the firm’s business and data solutions roadmap

• Enhancing data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI)
• Partnering with tech vendors and optimizing business systems

We’re looking for someone with:

• 7+ years' experience in a data/business solutions role within wealth management or private client services
• Hands-on experience with tools like XPLAN, Pulse/Symphony, BitaRisk, PowerBI, First Rate, PowerApps
• A proactive approach and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Potential to develop into a future leadership role – management experience not required
• Experience with AI applications in financial services
• Mentoring or team leadership experience (preferred but not essential)
