Job Title: Business Solutions & Data Analyst – Wealth Management (Step-Up Opportunity)

Location: London (Hybrid – approx. 3 days in office)

QH4 Consulting is hiring on behalf of a leading private wealth manager, seeking a high-potential Business Solutions & Data Analyst to join their growing Business and Data Solutions team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with wealth management experience and strong systems and data skills who is ready to take on a broader, strategic role. You will work closely with the Head of Business and Data Solutions to shape how technology, data, and process improvements support front-office, dealing, operations, and client service teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with tech vendors to ensure optimal use of business systems

Ideal candidate profile:

• 7+ years of experience in a data/business solutions role within wealth management or private client services
• Hands-on experience with tools like XPLAN, Pulse/Symphony, BitaRisk, PowerBI, First Rate, PowerApps
• Proactive attitude and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Potential to grow into a leadership role – prior management experience not essential
• Experience with AI applications in financial services
• Mentoring or team leadership experience is a plus but not required
