Job Title: Business Solutions & Data Analyst – Wealth Management (Step-Up Opportunity)

Location: London (Hybrid – approximately 3 days in the office)

QH4 Consulting is hiring on behalf of a leading private wealth manager, seeking a high-potential Business Solutions & Data Analyst to join their growing Business and Data Solutions team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with wealth management experience and strong systems and data skills who is ready to take on a more strategic role. You will work closely with the Head of Business and Data Solutions to shape how technology, data, and process improvements support front-office, dealing, operations, and client service teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the delivery of the firm’s business and data solutions roadmap.
• Leading or contributing to projects such as digital onboarding, client portals, and automation.
• Collaborating across functions with stakeholders involved in projects, technology, and front office.
• Enhancing data analytics and reporting tools, e.g., PowerBI.
• Partnering with technology vendors to ensure optimal use of business systems.

Ideal candidate profile:

• 7+ years of experience in a data or business solutions role within wealth management or private client services.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as XPLAN, Pulse/Symphony, BitaRisk, PowerBI, First Rate, PowerApps.
• A proactive attitude and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Potential to grow into a future leadership role, though team management experience is not essential.
• Experience with AI applications in financial services is desirable.
• Mentoring or team leadership experience is a plus but not required.
