PwC UK is seeking individuals to design scalable managed service solutions within Financial Services. The role involves optimising business processes and translating complex client requirements into deliverable solutions. Strong experience in operations transformation and stakeholder management is essential.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to bids and supporting the development of high-quality proposals. Benefits include flexible working arrangements and private medical cover.
PwC’s Managed Services delivers trusted expertise, rapid execution, and enduring outcomes by blending cutting‑edge technology with deep operational insight.
As part of the Solutioning Team within the Managed Service Catalyst – a specialist group driving PwC’s managed services growth – we ensure our offerings address complex client challenges and position PwC to win and deliver transformative managed services engagements that create lasting strategic, regulatory, and commercial advantage.
This role focuses on the design of scalable, process‑led managed service solutions, within Financial Services – Banking and Capital Markets, Insurance, and Asset and Wealth Management. Working as part of a broader pursuit team led by Directors and Partners, you will bring deep expertise in business process design, operating models, and service delivery frameworks, translating client requirements into practical, deliverable solutions.
This role is particularly suited to individuals with a background in target operating model design, process re‑engineering, or operations transformation, rather than technology architecture solutioning experience.
No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.
We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
