This role is critical to ensuring consistency and domain continuity across the team, enabling scalable knowledge-building and long-term success in Medical operations and technology enablement.

They will serve as strategic advisors across initiatives involving content management, medical compliance, digital transformation, and customer engagement platforms. Leveraging deep domain knowledge in the Medical and Pharma space, they will guide platform configuration, process redesign, and solution architecture. A close partnership with cross-functional teams including IT, Regulatory, and Commercial stakeholders is essential to ensure business alignment and value delivery across the product and data lifecycle.
