An established industry player is seeking a passionate Business Skills Trainer to create and deliver inspiring training programs. Pearson TQ are looking for a creative, dedicated individual to join our team who can create and deliver engaging and inspiring training. The Business Skills Trainer will develop and deliver high quality business skills training programmes that enhance and develop learners' knowledge, skills and behaviours for their programme. They will teach and deliver courses in both face to face workshops and virtual environments to a high standard and support with content and resource development. In addition, they will ensure learning programmes are individualised, bespoke and are tailored to suit individual learners needs.
This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to Pearson or customer sites (80% remote, 20% onsite).
This post is exempt from the provision of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and applicants will be expected to undertake an enhanced disclosure through the DBS.
