A leading company in education seeks a Business Skills Coach to provide high-quality training for apprentices on the Leadership and Management Programme. Responsibilities include developing personalized learning programs, conducting assessments, and giving feedback. This hybrid role requires industry experience and effective management skills, contributing to apprentices' success.
We are seeking a Business Skills Coach to join our friendly team and deliver high-quality training programs for our Apprentices on the Level 3 and 5 Leadership and Management Programme.
Your responsibilities will include completing Apprentice learning, assessments, reviews, and completions efficiently, aiming to exceed quality standards. You will support every aspect of the learner journey, from preparing for the Gateway to delivering professional feedback, ensuring apprentices achieve their standards and qualifications successfully.
Location: Hybrid working model with remote work and occasional travel to customer sites and our Pearson office in central London. Travel expenses are paid, and you should be within easy commute to London.
