Job summary

ProTalent Limited is seeking a Team Leader for a busy business services department in Leatherhead. You will lead a small team preparing accounts, bookkeeping, management information and compliance for a portfolio of clients, while reviewing work and organising the workload.

You will supervise or review others' work, train and support colleagues, and serve as a reliable client contact, keeping deadlines and quality at the forefront of service delivery.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or AAT qualified, or strong qualified by experience.
• Solid background in a practice business services or outsourcing team.
• Some experience supervising or reviewing others' work.
• Organised and calm under deadlines.
